Unfornately at the end of the tutorial level, you come across such said Sith lord and your master sacrifices himself so you can flee, but not without trying to help first and see your master fall before you. The Tutorial would begin at that stage, fighting certain wild creatures to get accustomed to the mechanics of the game. You begin your investigations on the planet called Ziost, where the pirates had been attacked. The wild claims weren't taken seriously due to the nature of their professions and the plea for protection, food ,etc. Since there hasn't been Sith for many hundred years in the galaxy, the council did not give it much thought and had a simple investigation from the claims of pirates/looters who had survived from the boarding of the supposed Sith lord. The pitch is to have a RPG element to the game in which you increase certain stats like fortitude and max force energy.
